Cancellation of transfers and excursions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation at least 48 hours before the start of the service is carried out without penalty, but the customer covers the company’s costs associated with the return of the prepayment to the customer (if such was done). Cancellation within the period from 24 to 48 hours before the start of the service is carried with the penalty of 50% of the cost of the service. Cancellation less than 24 hours before the start of the service is carried with the penalty of 100% of the cost of the service. If the customer has not provided full prepayment within 48 hours before the start of the service, the company has the right to cancel the reservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation of group tours<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Cancellation at least 14 calendar days before the start of the service is carried out without penalty, but the customer covers the company’s costs associated with the return of the prepayment to the customer (if such was done).. Cancellation less than 14 calendar days before the start of the service is carried with the penalty of 100% of the cost of the service. If the customer has not provided full prepayment within 14 calendar days before the start of the service, the company has the right to cancel the reservation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additional information<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Expenses related to the return of the prepayment to the customer in cases of cancellation: in case of prepayment by bank transfer in EUR or in CHF to Switzerland, EU countries, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway, the refund of the prepayment is free of charge; in case of prepayment by bank transfer in other currencies or to another countries, the refund of the prepayment is made for CHF 5; in case of prepayment by credit card: the refund of the prepayment is made for CHF 0.30 plus 2.9% of the prepaid amount. The company is not responsible for the losses of the customers associated with the conversion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
